Rétinites virales nécrosantes : une urgence à ne pas méconnaitre

Introduction : Les rétinites virales nécrosantes — nécrose rétinienne aiguë (ARN), nécrose rétinienne externe progressive (PORN) et rétinite à cytomégalovirus (CMV) — sont des urgences ophtalmologiques rares mais à haut risque cécitant. Leur prise en charge repose sur une reconnaissance clinique rapide, une confirmation virologique ciblée et l’instauration immédiate d’un traitement antiviral adapté.
